| How does it work? Instant Arm Lift works by lifting sagging, flabby upper arms to make them look tighter, firmer and younger. |
| How easy is it to apply?
Instant Arm Lift is easy to apply. Just remove the protective backing from the bottom half of the transparent film and attach this half underneath the back of your arm, beginning at the middle of your arm pit and extending down your arm. Gently lift the sagging tricep straight up by pulling on the tape and then attach the 2nd half of the tape to the back of your shoulder. Smooth out the film several times. That’s all there is to it! |
| What if it won’t adhere to my arm? Make sure your skin is free of any lotions or creams, these along with severe oily skin can inhibit the lifts from working. You should wait to apply deodorant until after the lifts are in place Also be sure that you rub the first section in place for 20-30 seconds before lifting. |
| Can they be moved/adjusted once I put them on? It is very important to be sure that you follow the instructions for use very carefully because the lifts cannot be moved once they are adhered to the skin. If the instructions are not clear to you, please contact us at 1-800-524-2720 ext175 and someone will assist you. |
| Is it painful? Not at all, if you follow directions carefully. There are no ingredients in the product that would cause any discomfort |
| Will they be seen if wearing a bathing suit or sleeveless top? Yes, we suggest you cover the visible part of the lift with short sleeves. |
| Do they slip? No, when applied per the instructions, the lifts will stay in place all day until you remove them. |
| How do I store them after I open the package? We recommend that you keep the unused lifts flat in the package in the plastic bag they came in. Do not fold or store folded. For best results, store at room temperature away from heat , sunlight and moisture. |
| Can they be folded for easy carrying or storage? No. They should be stored flat in the package inside the plastic bag they came in. |

How long can I wear it? You can wear Instant Arm Lift for as long as you’d like, even for the whole day. We do recommend that you remove it before bed time. |
| Is it difficult or painful to remove once on for hours? Not at all if you follow the removal instructions. For the Instant Arm Lift, start from the top corner and slowly peel the lift at a 180 degree angle as fingers slide across the tape. Do not lift straight up as this will cause discomfort to the skin. |
| How safe are they to use? They are safe if you follow directions carefully. Unlike topical creams or lotions, there is nothing to be absorbed. Plus, they are latex free, hypo allergenic and non comedogenic |
| Can I use it every day? Yes, Instant Arm Lift can be used every day. |
| Will they work if I’m physically active? Yes, you can even run, stretch, and perspire while wearing the Instant Arm Lift. They won’t come off or loosen up |
| I have arthritis and joint pain, will they affect my joints? No the lifts will have no negative effects on your joints or arthritis. |

I have bad circulation, will it affect it at all? Check with your medical advisor. |

What kind of adhesive is used? We use a medical grade adhesive similar to that used in hospitals |

Do they contain latex? No, they are latex free |
| Do I have to shave my under arm before use? We recommend that the skin be hair-free and free of lotions, creams, powders and deodorants. |
