TO APPLY

The most important thing is to make sure skin is freshly washed, dry and free from all lotions, powders, deoderants and oils. (Deoderant can be used after lift is in place)  If necessary, custom cut the lifts to fit your exact arm width.  We recommend the lift reach from half way underneath your arm to over your shoulder.  The lift should be applied high enough to hide neatly under your short sleeved shirt.

Crack and peel the backing off of the lower half of the arm lift.  With the adhesive revealed, attach the lower lift half way underneath the back of your arm beginning at the outer corner of your arm pit and extending down your arm at least 3 inches.  Rub outward both directions several times to insure a firm attachment.  Remove backing from the upper portion. Gently lift the sagging tricep straight up by pulling on the tape to desired height. DO NOT TOUCH ARM WITH 2ND HALF OF TAPE UNTIL IT IS IN THE FULLY LIFTED POSITION. Firmly secure the lift at an angle to the top of your shoulder.  Smooth firmly over the entire lift. Smooth over any lifted edges.   Lifts will remain in place until they are removed.  We do not recommend that you sleep in the lifts, as your skin needs time to breathe.

Repeat this procedure on the other arm.

TO REMOVE

From the bottom corners, peel up SLOWLY.  DO NOT TEAR THE LIFTS.  Continue to pull upward and away from skin until removed. 

CARE

Lifts can be washed and reused several times.  Gently hand wash adhesive side with mild soap and warm water removing all residue.  Air dry, sticky side up.  Lifts regain their stickiness and will be ready to use again when dry.  Lifts are hypoallergenic, however, if redness occurs, wait a day before resuming use.  If redness persists, discontinue use.  Sunburned skin may be more sensitive.  Wait until your skin is healed before applying lifts.  Keep oils and lotions away from lifts.  For best results, store lifts at room temperature, away from heat, sunlight and moisture.
